PUSH UPS IS GREAT!!


Take push-ups anytime, anywhere and as often as you can! You dont have to do exercises until you get sweaty and have to have a shower. But make it a habit to do a bunch of push-ups every day. Twenty before each time you sit down on the sofa, twenty before each time you eat.  Share it throughout the day and suddenly you've  made ​​over 100 push-ups during the day :) And you dont use very much time on it: ) Check how many you can do when you start and test yourself again after a month.
