Take push-ups anytime, anywhere
and as often as
you can! You dont have to do exercises until you get sweaty and have to have a shower. But make it a habit to do a bunch of push-ups every day. Twenty before each time you sit down on the sofa, twenty before each time you eat. Share it throughout the day and suddenly you've made over 100 push-ups during the day :) And you dont use very much time on it: ) Check how many you can do when you start and test yourself again after a month.
